Sold a Single Family home in 2021 in Brownsville, TX.

I inherited a house from my parents in 2018. My mother passed in February and my stepfather in September of that same year. I had a family friend look after the property, since I’m out of state, but he let it fall in disrepair pretty badly. I found Craig while looking for a realtor on the internet. The house was full of furniture (among other issues) but Craig went to work as soon as he received the keys I sent him. He immediately gave me an update on the property and went over all the options which helped me make an informed decision. He found a buyer very quickly who would take the property (as is) and for a very fair price given the conditions of the property. He kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel like I was his only client at times. I fund him to be very reliable, proactive and an honest man of great integrity, professionalism, and (dare I say) compassion.
